Job Description

We are hiring for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing Class Action practice, supporting federal consumer and automotive defect matters, along with select environmental contamination cases. This position expands our team due to increased workload, and will play a key role in supporting the Co-Chair of the Class Action group within a collaborative satellite office.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Provide case management and litigation support to the class action team of seven, including heavy calendaring and court-order-driven deadlines.
  • Handle federal class action tasks such as electronic filing, drafting/formatting briefs, deposition prep, and trial exhibit preparation.
  • Manage attorney time submissions and T&E expense reporting for the practice group.
  • Utilize strong technical skills, including Microsoft Word/Excel (pivot tables), Adobe Pro, and eCase.
  • Bring 5+ years of litigation experience; federal court experience strongly preferred (paralegal certificate not required).
  • Work closely with long-tenured staff in a fast-paced, fully electronic environment where additional capabilities lead to expanded responsibilities.
  • Candidates from large defense firms cannot be considered due to conflicts
